OUR STORY
Joshua Schultz found his passion for digital marketing when he landed his first internship as an outgoing college freshman at a marketing agency in Pittsburgh, PA. At this agency, he curated content, met with clients, and developed countless content calendars. In the following fall semester he landed a social media marketing internship for the Marketing Department at Robert Morris University. His love for helping business owners create a digital presence and brand around their name went so far that he blindly walked into his local gym one day and asked if they wanted any social media services. A year and a half later the gym saw their digital followers double, and their brand engagement soar. Josh has helped other clients see impressive success online and hopes to continue this with future clients. Through his intentional and meticulous methods, he works one on one with the client to understand, learn, and properly communicate their mission.

"I THINK IT IS IMPORTANT TO EMBRACE THE UNCOMFORTABLE. EMBRACE THE 'I DON'T KNOWS.'"
JOSHUA SCHULTZ, FOUNDER

A WORD FROM JOSH
"I founded Good Social because I was afraid. But it’s not what you’re thinking. I believe that when you’re afraid to do something, that is exactly why you should do it. One of my favorite quotes is, 'When it is scary to jump in, that is exactly when you jump. Otherwise you stay in the same place your whole life, and that I cannot do.' Being the first entrepreneur in my family gave me plenty of reason to be afraid. So many "what ifs" and questions. But who was I to quit on myself out of fear? I knew I would be haunted by regret if I hadn't jumped into the unknown. I think it is important to embrace the uncomfortable, embrace the I don't knows. How are you supposed to grow and succeed if you're too afraid to not know something? Who cares."
